Advocacy
Standard 1 is all about Leadership... and advocacy work is a wonderful way to demonstrate that you have it! Please consider contacting legislators to advocate for young children. Let them know that you do not support cuts to More at Four or Smart Start. If you need help or guidance, please let me know.

Hi Amy Jo! We should all be writing letters and contacting our representatives! Keep a copy of your letter in your Professional Binder! We are trying to save the integrity of the MAF model and keep services together. I have seen unbelievable growth in so many teachers and students.. it is truly a program that is nationally recognized and worth every dollar.
